Give

Each of us is called to worship God with our entire life, including our time, our talents and our resources. Sharing those resources is an important way to worship the Giver of all good things. We pledge to be good stewards of your gifts, taking great care in how we manage and track the resources entrusted to us.

You will receive a receipt of your tax-deductible gifts in accordance with IRS requirements. Please let us know if you have any specific needs regarding the timing of these notifications; otherwise, you will receive a bi-annual summary of your gifts in keeping with church procedures and government requirements.

Giving Methods

You may contribute in a variety of ways, listed below.

Cash

You can give cash during Sunday morning worship services or drop it off at the Community Christian Fellowship (CCF) offices during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday through Friday.  The office is located at 615 Glen Street, Edmonds, WA 98020.  Outside business hours, you may place your cash gift in an envelope and drop it in the mail slot just outside the south doors.  If you wish to receive a receipt for cash gifts, please include your name, address, and phone number.

Checks or Money Orders

Checks or money orders made payable to either Community Christian Fellowship or CCF may be given in three ways:

• placed in the offering basket during Sunday morning worship
• dropped off at the CCF offices or mail slot
• mailed to:

Online Giving

Many people use online banking features such as ePay or Bill Pay through their bank or credit union to automatically send offerings to CCF. Go to your bank’s website for details. Your bank will generate a check from your account and mail it to us, or will establish an electronic transfer.

Gifts of Stock

Stock may be donated to Community Christian Fellowship by transferring investments to our account at Merrill Lynch. Please notify the bookkeeper at 425-744-0160 x232 of any pending transfers so that we will be aware of any activity and handle it properly.

Stocks in Certificate Form

Send the unsigned stock certificate (keep a copy of the certificate) to Merrill Lynch at this address:

Include a signed Stock Power Form and a letter authorizing the shares to be deposited as a gift to Community Christian Fellowship:

The Stock Power Form should be signed exactly as the name(s) appear on the certificate(s). Only one Stock Power Form is needed for each issue, not for each certificate.

Broker-to-Broker Transfer of Gift of Stock

Please give the information below to the firm transferring the shares. Also, please notify Community Christian Fellowship’s bookkeeper at 425-744-0160 x232 of any pending transfers so that we will be aware of upcoming activity and handle it promptly.
