For more
than 25 years, CCF has been a place for people to feel the care and love of
Christ. CCF began as a breakfast Bible study that grew by the grace of
God into a church. CCF has always been a church with a relaxed
atmosphere, a contemporary worship and ministry style, and a place filled with
true community. In fact, that is why it is even in our name. We
learn to love God and each other as we share life together!
CCF is
also pleased to be connected with the community in Edmonds. We have a long-term agreement
with the city to share the
Edmonds Center for the Arts. This facility has recently undergone a $18 million renovation making it a showpiece in the area
for all forms of performing arts. Through our agreement with the city, we
have long-term use of this facility every Sunday and on major holidays.
This idea of sharing space makes sense as we seek to demonstrate Christ's love
in our community. We are in the heart of our city.
And it all
begins every Sunday. Spiritual Growth Classes are offered for adults (with classes for kids) at the 9am hour. Then we have a single worship service at the Edmonds Center for the Arts beginning at 10:30am. This is a spot not only for
learning but
growing in relationships and care for one another. Before the worship
service, the hallways are
filled with friendly people who are talking, laughing, and enjoying
each other. Great music,
times of prayer, and hearing messages relevant to life from God's Word.
Kids are always welcomed by caring leaders for exciting classes
with loving teachers.
During the
week, there are activities for every age.
From women's Bible studies to a youth group for junior and senior high
teens, there are activities to build your faith and bring you into community
with people who are striving to know and love God together.
We have
exciting years ahead and we invite you to be a part of the community God
is forming here through the power of His word, His love, and His people.
Welcome to
CCF!
